The Foundation for Minnesota’s Future is organized as a nonprofit corporation under Chapter 317A of the Minnesota Statutes and shall operate to promote social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office.
